1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and Neuralyne Technologies ("Neuralyne", "we", "our", "us") regarding your use of our mobile applications (the "Apps").
By downloading, installing, or using any Neuralyne mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you are under 13, you may use only apps designed for children. If you are 13–18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms.
Your use of our mobile apps is also governed by our Mobile Apps Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. License to Use
Neuralyne grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
3. Restrictions
You may not, and you agree not to:
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps (except where required by law).
- Create derivative works based on the Apps.
- Copy the Apps except for personal backups.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the Apps.
- Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels.
- Bypass or attempt to circumvent security features or restrictions.
- Use the Apps for commercial activities unless expressly permitted.
4. User Accounts
Some apps (like Edvaya Vocabulary Builder) require account creation. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Child-Directed Apps
For apps intended for children under 13, we comply with COPPA. These apps do not collect personal information or require account creation.
6. Third-Party Links & Advertising
Some Apps may display ads or link to third-party websites. Neuralyne does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party services.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their terms.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Apps, including code, graphics, interfaces, and trademarks, are owned by Neuralyne or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Maintenance & Updates
Neuralyne may provide or deploy updates at any time without notice. Updates may modify or remove features.
We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuralyne disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuralyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the App.
Neuralyne may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
Neuralyne may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
