• Unless there is a pre-existing, documented and signed NDA or business agreement, Neuralyne will not treat such submissions as confidential. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information to the Website without a documented confidential relationship.
• Neuralyne may independently develop, use, or provide similar ideas, concepts, or services to other clients or for its own offerings without compensating you.
• Neuralyne is not obligated to pursue or accept any submitted project.

3.3 NDA Exception

If a mutually signed NDA exists, the terms of that NDA govern the confidentiality of submissions covered by it. Even under an NDA, Neuralyne may independently develop or deliver similar solutions for other clients or internal products unless expressly restricted by the NDA.

4. Prohibited Unauthorized Idea Submissions

Without a documented pre-existing confidential business relationship, submissions via the Website are not confidential. Please do not disclose patentable, proprietary, or otherwise sensitive ideas through the Website.
